RADIODJ.INFO || TUTORIALS.
Change TTS file with event for a show.
There is a trick to do that.
What you need is the programs.
First start with making a .txt file like your-show-name.txt (or more files with different names).
Edit the file(s) with a plain editor (notepad) so the announcements are according to your show.
Open the bat to exe program (name: aB2Econv.exe, if you can't find the start .exe of it).
In the screen put the line COPY /Y c:\RadioDJ\Plugins\TTS-Templates\show name.txt c:\RadioDJ\Plugins\TTS-Templates\NowPlaying.xml under @echo off
Change the show name.txt in the line to the name of the txt file you like to proses.
Click on file and use save as, and save the file in the TTS-Templates folder.
In the screen you can read that the EXE file is made and saved.Now there are three files in the folder with the same name and different extension.
c:\RadioDJ\Plugins\TTS-Templates\show name.exe c:\RadioDJ\Plugins\TTS-Templates\show name.txt c:\RadioDJ\Plugins\TTS-Templates\show name.bat
Event for the show.
Select run application.
In the explorer screen select the .exe file from the c:\RadioDJ\Plugins\TTS-Templates folder.
Click Add Action.
If you have events for show, add the action to it.
The best is that you also create a standard.txt file (and the .bat and .exe), when you run a normal rotation or playlist, you can start setting the NowPlaying.xml to it's original.
The TTS-Plugin will only use the NowPlaying.xml file.It also can be used as a backup.
